RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our handmade products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
No Questions Asked Returns
We accept returns of any unopened products within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unopened product for a full refund.
Return Requirements:
- Products must be unopened and unused
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Due to the nature of our handmade bath and body products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Damaged Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will send you a free replacement right away
- Please keep all packaging materials for carrier records
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
- We will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but will assist you with the carrier investigation

To protect against theft, we recommend:
- Requesting signature confirmation at checkout (available for an additional fee)
- Using a secure delivery location
- Adding delivery instructions for a safe drop-off spot
